While in Odessa doing some shopping I Googled for BBQ and found Ed & Toms...it was a super good find! Not only was the food outstanding. Ed was personable and friendly, making my dining experience even better. The staff were all friendly, the place "just right". I had the rib plate and had to take one rib with me they were so big. Ed gave me some of the chopped beef and pulled pork to try; the whole place is a definite do-over. If you're in the area and looking for great food and a nice experience...head over to Ed and Toms; you will NOT be sorry!

I met the owners at the Permian Basin Fair and I am glad I did. I have been looking for some good BBQ since I moved to the area. The owners are very nice and the BBQ is tantalizing, possibly the best in the area. I really like the sausage. The ribs are good and the brisket is tender.

Back again after a year and the BBQ is better than ever!!! This little BBQ joint is definitely the place to stop in Odessa!! Absolutely worth the small detour from I20!! The pork and brisket were phenomenal!!! Just the right amount of BBQ sauce and sweet tea too!! Who could ask for more?!

I have had a lot of BBQ growing up in the south. Ed & Toms BBQ was one one the best I have ever had! From the food to the friendly service it will knock your socks off! I was laughing because I was at a loss of words after my meal! Definitely worth the trip and the price wasn’t bad either!
